Payments, delivery and POS connected to your store and back office

A sale is only finished when the money is in the bank and the parcel is with the courier, and the systems in between rarely talk to each other. We integrate payment gateways, cash on delivery, couriers, POS and inventory with your store and accounting, so an order placed online is paid, picked, shipped and booked without anyone retyping it. A gateway integration is OMR 160; POS and inventory sync OMR 275.

The work includes the testing that is usually skipped: real transactions, refunds, failed payments and stock corrections, before the first customer finds the gap.

Questions

Payments & delivery systems: common questions

How much does a payment gateway integration cost?
OMR 160 per gateway. Shipping and logistics integration is OMR 140, POS and inventory sync OMR 275, and other third-party integrations from OMR 160 each. Gateway and courier fees are paid to the providers. Prices exclude tax.
Which gateways do you support?
The local gateways in Oman, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India, plus Stripe, PayPal and the wallets customers in each market use. We recommend the gateway by fees, settlement time and what your bank supports.
Can you connect our existing POS?
Most modern POS systems have an API or export that can be synced with the store. Older systems sometimes need a scheduled export instead; we check before quoting.
What happens when an integration breaks?
Monitoring raises an alert, and on a maintenance or support plan it is fixed within the agreed response time. Payment and courier providers change their APIs occasionally, and a plan covers those updates.
